The sources below are for this data file

• The geo-coordinates of the testing sites are taken from The National Department of Health Data Library To get the file: Choose Data Dictionary > Data File > NIDS integrated > Groups > All Groups > Download > Org Unit Level > Down to Level 5 and then click submit
• The testing sites in JHB (clinic names and other other details ) are from COVID-19 Corona Virus South African Resource Portal

Vaccination sites

• The names of the vaccination sites (public and private) across South Africa are from active vaccination sites (COVID-19 South African Resource Portal )
