Optimize Page Load

Google page speed insights says that the server ideally needs to deliver some content on page load to that it's immediately available to the user. My thought is to use the build process to generate some content for the index page and deploy that. This depends on if/how re-frame can handle SSR pages. I'd rather keep the site static over having to do true SSR though.
