Google Flaged as 'violates the Chrome Web Store policy.' #1

Extension has been flagged by the Chrome store as 'violates the Chrome Web Store policy.' and has been removed from the web store and disabled (but not removed) in updated versions of Chrome browser.

Need to determine why this is happening and correct the issue so it can return to the Chrome store.
