Upgrade to support Django 1.11 LTS and 2.0 LTS

This library needs to be updated to support the latest versions of Django that are out there.

There is currently a ticket related to this effort #85.

In addition it would be good to also update to the latest mongonaut as well.

I'm not sure of the work effort to upgrade, but for this library to maintain community viability it does need updated.

Well, it's been another year and now 1.8 is gone so we can simply jump straight to 1.11 and 2.0 which should be easier to support as well :)

And/or can you give jazzband deploy access on pypi so future releases can be deployed more easily? https://jazzband.co/about/releases
