django-dbbackup: jazzband.co PyPI release internal server error

We recently transferred django-dbbackup to Jazzband. I looked at other repos in jazzband and created a release CI that I believe should work.

But it seems even though the build works, the upload to https://jazzband.co gives a 500 error (after the upload completes).

Any ideas on how to fix this?
