Project lead request

I've recently started working on this package and plan to use it long-term on a few enterprise projects.

I don't have specific experience with this package, but I have a lot of experience and contributions to Open Source software, specifically in the Open edX ecosystem (I had maintainer rights and contributed a few features to openedx/edx-platform and openedx/xblock-lti-consumer).

@James1345 (previous repository owner before it was transferred to Jazzband) gave me a thumbs up for the maintainer role on jazzband/django-rest-knox#304 (comment).
