Describe the feature you'd like

I think the following feature would be a good addition (and which is not yet available as far as I can see):

There should be a config value like "file_name_filter" or something like that, where you can provide a regular expression and all files with filenames matching this expression are skipped without download.

This could be used for many purposes, e.g. skipping entries with certain file extensions, skipping entries that are marked with 720p in the name and much more.
