I believe the problem is that the tag gets mangled. When downloading, mise appears to be looking for the tag 1.5.1, which does not exist. The correct tag would be cmd/protoc-gen-go-grpc/v1.5.1.

curl http://mise-versions.jdx.dev/protoc-gen-go-grpc includes the correct tag.

From a very cursory glance, it looks like #3179 might be related.
