Is it possible to failover between servers, instead of sending to all servers?

Using 4.5.1 on 2k3, 2k8, and 2k12. Supplying multiple hostnames, 
semicolon-separated, causes Evtsys to log to both (all) log servers.

Did this behavior change from 4.4.x to 4.5.x? I could've sworn that it used to 
exhibit failver/redundant behavior.

The language in the Readme ("primary" and "redudant") makes me think it can be 
redundant/failover, but maybe the Readme just isn't updated (like indicating 
"Version: 4.4" in the Usage section).

I beliee it's not possible when using UDP, but Evtsys has supported TCP for 
several versions, yes?

Perhaps I'm just missing something?
