Hi author，

For the function 'heatmap_to_coord' defined in rlepose/utils/transforms.py:

coords[:, :, 0] = (coords[:, :, 0] + 0.5) * hm_width
coords[:, :, 1] = (coords[:, :, 1] + 0.5) * hm_height

what's the aim of "0.5" ? Any reason for that? Wait for your feedback, thanks.
