Console Build Issues

Ive been having a few build issues with regards to the vagrant script installing modules. After doing a clean clone of openhim-console and running vagrant up i get unmet dependencies warnings. After manually installing the dependencies and getting the console to build i get server error "ERR_INSECURE_RESPONSE" for most API calls. Not on all of them.

Is this something isolated to my system or has anybody else experienced this?

Could replicate the dependency warnings by removing node_modules/ and running npm install
