Break down pipeline logs into individual steps

The UI can show logs from currently running pipelines and retrieve logs from the long term storage.

However the logs are not formatted in any way (apart from converting ansi text to html).
So, it's hard to say which stage/step the pipeline log is from.
We should format the logs so that logs from different steps are shown in different html elements (may be use accordions)

We can do it in the backend or process in the frontend. No strong opinions either way.
