Ignoring ANSI Reset codes and causing lines in console to run together inline

Jenkins 2.440.1.4 + AnsIColor 1.0.4 + Timestamper 1.26

Reproduction steps

Seeing this happening in both Terraform colorized output as well as a Python 3.6 app, ANSI Reset characters I presume being escaped into what appear to be HTML comments, see screenshots

Expected Results

Lines in console to correctly format as "blocks"

Actual Results

"blocks" are "inline" and missing html element to correctly format

Anything else?

I mentioned Timestamper plugin just to indicate its presence however this issue still wants to appear even after disabling Timestamper.
