Go back to a solid fuselage.
* simple-glider-2/fuselage.scad: Rename MIN_R as MIN_H and MAX_R
as MAX_H. Remove PEG_R, PEG_OUTER, PEG_INNER, FUSE_WALL_THICK and
FUSE_SEP. Add FUSE_W. Generate only fuselage_side.
(nose, fore_cyl, after_cyl, bare_hull, peg_hole, all_peg_holes)
(fuse_hull_with_pegs, fuselage_left, fuselage_right, peg)
(peg_set): Delete.
(module fuse_hull): Rewrite as hull of small spheres.
(module fuselage): Base on fuse_hull.
