Missing data due to Internet, System or other outage

Absolutely! This sounds like a very useful enhancement, as I've seen Emporia have a few short outages over the past couple of weeks.

Still in progress, got behind while chasing the wrong rabbit - conversion between local time zone and GMT were producing strange results. Turned out to be windows subsystem for Linux (dev node) time was 7 hours off. My exact time zone difference from GMT, so I thought it was a logic problem not a local machine time problem.
