+ Dashboard calls /suggest?type=tagk&q=<LETTER> for each letter in the alphabet. TSD should instead accept /suggest?type=tagk&q=* instead

+ Dashboard assumes that all tag values are prefixed with its tag key, e.g. "host=host-web1" or "browser=browser-firefox". This is necessary for dashboard to query TSD for tag values by tag key, e.g. /suggest?type=tagv&q=browser-. TSD should instead accept /suggest?type=tagv&q=*&tagk=browser
	
+ Dashboard uses src/shared/metrics.js to list all metrics we're using. It should instead query /suggest?type=metrics&q=* (will require patch to run/fakeProducer.js as well)

+ Dashboard requests data from TSD as ASCII, splits the response on newlines, and then parses the responses line-by-line. For significantly better performance TSD should return a JSON response, e.g

+ There are lots of configuration parameters in run/dev.js and run/prod.js. We should document them, and probably accept all values both from a configuration file and from command line parameters. (http basic auth, https, tsd proxy URL rewriting, session auth, dev vs prod, stack trace printing, static assets directory)

+ DataSlice.js has a number of hacks in it and needs some spring cleaning

+ The UI/view classes are unnecessary, and are scattered rather randomly in the src/client directory. Clean it up.
