Horizontal scroll

I was wondering if there was a way to get horizontal scrolling to the side bar with the tests?
The side view of the tests cuts the test names off.
If the test names are long enough or there are enough nested levels of describe its hard to see the test names without hovering over them or expanding the view.

I tried to enable horizontal scrolling settings in vscode settings, but they had no effect.
