Sketch theme missing (?ui=sketch) as well as simple and atlas on self-hosted version

Describe the bug
Since some versions I'm no longer able to select e.g. the Sketch theme as it doesn't appear in the select themes ui list anymore and https://diagrams.domain.local/?splash=0&ui=sketch just selects the standard/full theme

I don't use docker but deploy the war according to https://github.com/jgraph/docker-drawio/blob/dev/main/Dockerfile by unzipping it and apart from the missing theme(s) things work like they're supposed to.

Tomcat: 9.0.97
JDK: openjdk/adoptium 17.0.13_p11

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://diagrams.domain.local/?splash=0&ui=sketch
2. See it fail to load the sketch theme/ui

and/or:

1. Open https://diagrams.domain.local/
2. Try to find the Sketch theme "Extras" -> "Theme" -> "Sketch"
3. Find it missing as well as "Atlas" and "Simple"

Expected behavior
Work like: https://app.diagrams.net/?splash=0&ui=sketch
And have the additional themes available to select
