has-0-cols for fixed-grid should be removed

Fixed Grid documentation mention a has-0-cols but at the same time says that columns can go from 1 to 12.

I think has-0-cols does not exist and if it does, then it should be removed from Bulma because minimal column count for a grid is 1.
