Support custom_live_log_socket_url property

Hi guys,
I had got a problem with Log Watcher since it tried to use the IP address instead of a hostname and what is odd it happens only for this socket connection. So, the only thing that really helps me is the custom_live_log_socket_url property, but I found it's not fully supported because I needed to extend the config builder.

Are you going to fully support this option or why it's not finished?
