Live demos in documentation are down

Description

I've taken a look at the documentation (https://filterrific.clearcove.ca/) and it seems to me that the Live Demos are down. I believe this may be related to Heroku banning free tier applications.

These are the URLs I've tried to access:

• http://filterrific-demo.herokuapp.com/students
• https://filterrific-json-api-demo.herokuapp.com/

Current Behavior

Both return 503 Service Unavailable and display the following:

Expected Behavior

Both pages should display a live demo of the gem.
