Created GUI for mermaidink

Not sure if this already exists, but I created a simple webapp to use the mermaid ink software.

Maybe this can be useful - can be linked to in the readme or possibly integrated somehow.

I'd be happy to include it on the mermaid.ink index page if you'd like to contribute. We can use location.host as the hostname of the image URL instead of hard-coded value (e.g., mermaid.ink) so that self-hosted services can benefit from the same feature .
