To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. open a .ipynb file
  2. found nothing in the menu bar
  3. restarting VSCode didn't work

Please provide a screen shot with your developer console open. Please follow the below steps.

  1. Click Help > Toggle Developer Tools
  2. Open a Jupyter notebook
