Incorrect check commands binary names

The printer_health check command has binary/command name check_printer, not check_printer_health, similary the lmsensors check command has binary name check_lm_sensors, not checklmsensors. List the folder with the binaries: /usr/lib/nagios/plugins.

We don't rename plugins, they are just included via standard package installs: https://github.com/jjethwa/icinga2/blob/master/Dockerfile#L69-L71 They must have been renamed in the upstream projects.
