[Resolved] Can't log into CrashPlan after updating the image

Hello jlesage,

I've been using your container for years without problem, but today I'm stuck with it :-(

Long story short:

• My docker runs in a linux VM
• The VM disk went full
• While troubleshooting, I got rid of the image I was using, and got the last one (23.12.1) you published yesterday
• After making room in the disk,I was able to run the container again, but I' not able to "Sign in to CrashPlan from the UI

What works:

• Starting the container, without error "all services started."
• Connecting to the UI via the 5800 port

What I don't success: passing the "Sign in" step.

• I rarely connect to this UI, and I don't remember this window, especially having to give a server adress
• I saw that an env var is needed, to be set to "SMB" for Small Business
  . This seems to be new, as I don't had it in my docker-compose.yml file
  . I added it and set it to "SMB"

This is where I'm stuck

• Now the adress is intialized with "SMB:4287" the env var I gave + the service port,I guess
• I used the @mail of my Code42 account, but the result is "Unable to sign it. Can't connect to the server" (screenshot below)

What I am missing ?

• The server is not really listening ?
• The user is not supposed to be the Code42 account ?
• The address is not the good one ?

I finally got it.

Realized that while displayed as "Small Business", my account is a "Pro" one.
Found on Code42 the address I'm supposed to connect to: https://clients.us2.crashplan.com/
Struggled with the nginx VNC clipboard to paste password & key.

And it worked !
