Can't connect (Unraid)

Hi there,

So I have installed and setup the container in docker, checked that I have network access (can ping google.com from the container, nslookup works for clients.us5.crashplan.com as well).

I have listed the server (clients.us5.crashplan.com) into my server address with and without the port.

Every time I try to log in, I get an "Unable to Sign In" error.

Any help? DNS resolution works:

You can look at /mnt/user/appdata/CrashPlanPRO/log/service.log.0 for more details about the failure.

When setting the server address (via CRASHPLAN_SERVER_ADDRESS), it should include the port.

How did you set the server address? From the log, it doesn't seem to be correct: serverAddress=central.crashplanpro.com:4287

I set it up in the docker settings when installing... it's probably the issue, but no matter what I change it to via the logs, seems to stay at "central.crashplanpro.com".

Looks like I figured it out -- I cleaned out all the configs, deleted it, and reinstalled. Working now.
