currently logs just go to stdout, but when this is running as a service on a server, the user won't be able to see the logs.

Should output logs to a file or maybe as an entry in the sqlite database.

I kinda like the sqlite database idea better for faster querying but not sure if that is the right move necessarily

I added logging level features so you can compile the loggers into simpledns
