drop record use destination address or NXDOMAIN

I want to have configuration that will control whether the drop record will send NXDOMAIN error or if it will send a destination address.

We can use the hostipbody field in the database table, store "NXDOMAIN" if we are responding with the error or the destination ip address if we are routing to an ip address. Then this could be configured per drop record.

With the destination ip method, it could be used to spoof information being loaded to avoid adblocker messages perhaps??
