automatic checks for each PR
- unit/integration tests
- code coverage
- no/minimal build warnings
- warn about todos and fixmes
- formatting??
- automatically close each issue associated to a PR (github seems to somewhat do this)
automatically add/update todos/fixmes as github issues if they are merged to main. This can also auto close the issue if the comment was erased and we could even link to the exact commit
