5.75.1: Potential bracket viewing regression

Refreshing a layout/bracket/index_expanded.html browser source in OBS will never load bracket data again until TSH has restarted. "Disable file exporting" setting has no effect.

Using Google Chrome with --allow-file-access-from-files gives the following log

Can you check if changing anything in the bracket results in it loading? I think I saw this problem before on Chrome but not in OBS, and thought it might be something with the socketio changes
