5.81: "Gentleman’s Pick" option on the Stage Strike app does not allow for picking stages outside of the ruleset’s scope

When clicking the "Gentleman’s Pick" button on the Stage Strike app, the app still restricts the user to select a stage that is part of the stage list. However, depending on the ruleset, the Gentleman Clause may allow for picking any stage in the game, and thus the functionality is not "complete".

This extends to having Gentleman’s Pick on a starter stage, you are restricted to picking a starter stage and counterpick stages are not selectable.
