User signs up with email+password+confirmed password. User logs out before filling in registration. Upon logging in again, going into settings, and filling in the information, the save button does not work. Therefore, the user does not exist in a hub and cannot see activities.

I have been able to reproduce this error on Firefox. Initially seen on Safari.
