The confidence acording to the WHO mutation list (https://www.who.int/publications/i/item/9789240028173) is now included in the CSV as a default so this step is no longer required when building the files for tb-profiler.

Which version of tb-profiler are you using?

V2.8.12 and V4.2.2，The software code for version 2 has been partially optimized by myself, and during use, it was found that the old and new versions of TBDB are incompatible
