Submitting Work log to Jira appears to have wrong time.

The "started" time field, when submitting a worklog can cause worklog entries to be entered out of order when adding multiple worklogs.

The field "Started *" is used to set the time for the worklog update. If I have multiple work log updates for the same task throughout the day, the time does not change. I feel like the date/time should be the current date/time when the submit worklog is opened. If the started date is used for something else that is fine, but I think the worklog should be submitted with the current time.
