Dropbox sync on Android = no popup?

When I select Dropbox for syncing in the Android version of the app, I don't get any popup or anything to input the auth key. Is this a known bug or specific to my setup or intentional? Not sure how I can get the Android app synced.

The sync data wheel seems to keep spinning for me when syncing with dropbox, it was working fine yesterday. I'm not sure if it is a bug with the new version.
