Manually trigger backlog sync with Jira

Hi! Thanks for your hard work on this wonderful app.

I would like to ask for a slight improvement on a project's backlog that is connected with Jira. Is it possible to add a "Sync" button that triggers Jira sync manually, much like the "Trigger sync manually" button on the top bar for the worklog sync. There are times that are changes in Jira and I just hang up there in the backlog waiting for the timer to fire up sync (which I am not sure how often it triggers).
