Hi, it looks like we can't see most of our Flows anymore. Any idea what the reason could be? We've switched ownership to Application User. Might this be the reason, why logging in with "normal Admin-User" doesn't show us the Flows anymore?

Thanks, Manuel

Flow studio uses the user permissions. So if your flow is owned by a service application user, you won't be able to see it unless you use 'Admin'.

One way is to manually add the user as a co-owner to the service application owned flows.

If you are using "Admin" and can't see your flows, you might need additional permissions. I'm working on some updates to make this a bit clearer.
