Hej, też tego ostatnio szukałem. W moim przypadku interesują mnie dane z CEIDG, więc pobieram to z raportu: PublDaneRaportDzialalnoscFizycznejCeidg.

Od wersji 5.x #77 (BIR1.1 https://api.stat.gov.pl/Home/RegonApi) Istnieje opcja pobrania numery nieruchomości oraz numery lokalu bezpośrednio z SearchReport właściwości $propertyNumber, $apartmentNumber
