ui-only is 30mb ✔️
standalone is ~712mb ❌

Let's see that we can reduce the image size as much as possible.
It feels a target of <100mb does not sound improbable.

standalone now at ~693mb - still quite large ❌

standalone:v0.0.4-clientserver-v0.9.5 now at ~730mb - got larger ❌

Maybe inspecting it with dive will help. From what I've seen, there are a lot of build components that get committed to the final image. Adding a new build stage and just copying the built/compiled artifacts may help reduce the size.
