Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When I edit and store a file inside DosBox-x it is stored with the time and date of the host, not with the time inside DosBox-x.

What you want

Edited and stored files inside DosBox-x to have the local DosBox-x time.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Temporarily change the time/date of the host.

There are plans to implement a "CMOS file" that DOSBox-X loads on startup and saves on shutdown so that the guest can see a consistently increasing date/time that continues whenever the emulator runs, as well as preserve anything else the guest writes to CMOS.
