Should I print only one of each, or is it more complicated? I just want to be sure I get it right.

No, it is more complicated.

Plastic parts appear black color.

For easy adoption, could you please include a "print X of Y" list in the
distro?

I've also been confused by the conflicting links in various places.

http://reprap.org/wiki/Prusa_i3_Build_Manual#Rapid_Prototype_Parts
and
http://reprap.org/wiki/Prusa_i3#Printed_Parts

don't directly link to this repo, tho they probably should. I printed a
whole set of parts only to find they didn't match this repo. so wasteful!
