Progreso port has wrong longitude. #1496

The longitude is the correct ordinal value (89), but should be negative (it's West).

Currently, the coordinates are rendering progreso in the Indian Ocean rather than the Mexican peninsula.

I attempted to edit the data myself, but got an error about credentials. I assume that feature is limited to certain users/accounts?
