XYZ axes are set to the 3 controllers guaranteed polyphonic by MPE spec.
(X: pitch bend, Y: brightness, Z: aftertouch)

Synthesizers are allowed to support more, so it's interesting that controller assignment can be set.

Also, velocity is interesting to be configurable: (1) fixed, or (2) use Y axis (3) use Z axis
