Hi JP, thanks so much for making this data available!

It appears that in the source data, the data for R_BARGAINING_UNIT duplicates what's in R_CASE are the same. This means that the data about the proposed bargaining units is missing.

Do you know if there's any prospect of getting good data for the bargaining units? If not, perhaps it would be good to add a data note?
