Valve unit always offline

I'm running this in a docker container and am able to make it work. the control unit shows online, but the valve unit always shows offline. If I switch back to the original raincloud site, my valve unit works and shows online. 1) I notice with your setup only the control unit ID needs to be set, but with the raincloud site, they ask for both CU and valve unit ID. could that be the issue? 2) I did send my CU back in for the required firmware update, I received it back Jan 2020. Could anything in the firmware update cause this? I ask because I don't know when you started to dev this project. maybe something has changed.
