blank page after installation

Hi, I've installed this module in a testing site, so cache and compilation are disabled. After moving the files from zip to magento I log out as I usually do to install extensions, but after log out I get a blank page, so I cannot login anymore because there is no login form, page is blank. I found no error in logs, so I have no idea where the issue might be. Can you help me?

For Magento CE 1.5.x compatibility, you can :

• check if a version of module is available in https://github.com/jreinke/magento-admin-theme/network

• create your version while forking this module
