how to setup Jetty Quick start with warbler wrapping? #461

the resulting executable jar with Jetty as the embedded web server takes an inordinate amount of time to start.

Jetty itself apparently has the notion of "quickstart" and also of performing annotation scanning as part of build instead of runtime.

Is there a way that Warbler can be configured to avail ourselves of these mechanisms.

so from my post and a quick scan of some before me , it seems the project is not "very" active i.e. supported by the main contributors ?
