Salary Expectation

• £50k - £60k/Year depending on Experience.

Holidays	All staff are entitled between 20-25 days holiday per year dependant on the level of the role. The maximum accrued holiday is 25 days.
Private Health Care	All fulltime staff are eligible for private healthcare after their 3 month probation period has been successfully completed. This is currently with AXA PPP.
Travel Loan	For employees living outside of London’s Zone 6, we offer an interest free travel loan for the amount of an annual travel card which will be paid upfront and thereafter deducted from monthly pay.

What You'll Do (Job Description)

From day one, you’ll be an integral part of the team. We’re a small (but growing) agency and every single employee is key to our success.

On your first day, you’ll meet your Project Manager and the rest of the team. We’ll show you the ropes and give you the tools you need to get started on your successful career at our agency.

As you settle in, you’ll work across the whole project lifecycle, from the initial scope through to the delivery of the project. You’ll work closely with your team, but also with our clients where your opinion as an experienced developer will be valued and appreciated.

Your average day will start with a daily stand-up, where you’ll update your team on the project progress you’ve made, while alerting your Project Manager of any blockers so that we can work through these as a team. You’ll then get on with your work as a pro-active individual and you’ll leave at the end of the day knowing that you’ve accomplished something that day.

We’re a close knit bunch, and we want you to be successful. So you’ll get the full support of our team as you progress through the business.

What You Need to Be Successful (Skills)

• I’m a SharePoint Developer and can write some pretty clever code

• I have already worked with SharePoint 2013, 2016 and online and want to work more with Modern SharePoint

• I want to work with cutting edge technology

• I’m creative and communicative

• I’m logical and enjoy solving complicated problems

• I enjoy working within a team of clever people to come up with innovative solutions to business problems

• I enjoy direct client contact which strengthens the relationship between my agency and the client

• I am proactive and have a desire to learn

Must Have

• A proactive approach to work and a desire to develop and learn
• Experience working with .NET and C#
• Experience in working with HTML/CSS/XML
• Experience in writing ASP.NET and client-side scripting
• Willingness to progress to working with new SharePoint development approaches using SharePoint Framework, TypeScript, React and Office UI Fabric
• Strong communication and team work skills
• An ability to come up with cutting edge solutions to business problems

Nice to Have

• Experience of integration projects, integrating backend legacy systems and other technologies together seamlessly.
• Experience with Office 365 / SharePoint Online development.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure
• Understanding of Prince 2, UML and RAD
• Understanding of deployment & change management processes (at code level)
• Understanding and practice of Unit Testing
• A desire to become a Technical Lead
