Describe the bug
I don't seem to see a way to prevent the extruder temperature from reaching its final value until after the bed is heated.
I have a Voron V0.2 with no bed leveling or probing. It seems there are settings like variable_start_extruder_preheat_scale to have the extruder partially heat up prior to the final stages of print_start, but I've tried setting it and the extruder and bed get set to their final temperatures simultaneously. I'm assuming this is because I have no bed leveling or mesh to run.
Are there any settings I'm missing, or is this functionality that I would have to add externally to these macros?
