Compilation warnings on Elixir 1.11 #101

Compiling the library on Elixir 1.11 throws the following warning:

Compiling 14 files (.ex)
warning: Supervisor.Spec.worker/2 is deprecated. Use the new child specifications outlined in the Supervisor module instead
  lib/xlsxir.ex:10: Xlsxir.start/2
